Wrong / Damaged / Missing Items

I believe you sent me the wrong item or there are missing items, what should I do?

While we do our very best to insure you receive the correct items in a timely manner, unfortunately, mistakes are made, we’re all human. If something is missing from your order or you have received the wrong item, please call or email us and we will correct the problem immediately.

  • Please email a picture of the incorrect item to expedite the process
  • We may request that you return the incorrect part to us using a prepaid return label that we provide.

I ordered the wrong item

  • You may return the item if it qualifies based on our return guidelines
    • We do not offer prepaid return labels
    • We do not refund for shipping expenses
  • If you need to order a different item, please place a new order via phone or through the website, we do not offer an exchange program.

I received my order and a part is damaged

Please contact us immediately via phone or email

  • We will request a picture of the damaged item be sent for postal insurance purposes
  • A replacement part will be sent out immediately using the same postage option originally purchased

I received my order and I believe there is a part missing

Please contact us immediately via phone or email

  • Please keep in mind kit schematics are generic and not all parts are available, only those parts shown in the website photos are included with your order. If you need to verify a part before ordering, please contact us via email Sales@MikesCarb.com
  • We may request you send a picture of the items you did receive
  • Your missing part will be sent out immediately using the same postage option originally purchased.
