Not all WW carburetors used this switch. Used on automatic transmission applications.
The kickdown switch is used to shift the transmission down when the driver stomps on the gas.
Place spring #2 in hole of contact piston #3 & insert piston with spring in housing with contact pin nearest terminal block side of housing.
Assemble gasket and plate. Insert terminal block #1 in housing and replace retainer plate, screws and terminal clip.
Place spring #4 on plunger #5 and insert plunger in housing, then assemble washer, gasket, retainer plate & screws. Tighten all screws. Press in on the plunger to make certain that plunger returns freely to full release.
