All of the WDO instructions refer to a tool to adjust the metering rod.
The tool is not available. Here is the work-a-round.
In the absence of the Carter measuring tool for that purpose, I have found that simply loosening the lock screw of the metering rod cam, bottoming the metering rods in their travel, rotating the cam lug upward until it bottoms against the lug on the cam and tightening it works just fine.
