Does your engine idle too fast? It could be the idle solenoid. 2nd solenoid in the above illustration. To check your Aisan solenoid listen for it to click each time the key is turned on.
No click? Check for voltage at one of the wires. If no voltage, then the problem may be between the solenoid and the switch.
